Yards & Perches was established by the principals of a respected architectural practice who understood that great design is only half the work. The build process — with its own contracts, schedules, trades, and site responsibilities — deserves an organization entirely devoted to it.
Rather than treat construction as an extension of design services, we created a firm where it is the only thing. Yards & Perches operates with clear accountability at every phase: defined contracts, dedicated project management, and a team whose singular focus is delivering the finished home.
